The LP4Q holds a meeting with the Foreign Relations Committee of the Iraqi Parliament

A delegation from the League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds, led by the President of the League, Hamid bin Abdullah Al Ahmar, met with the Foreign Relations Committee of the Iraqi Parliament on the sidelines of the 14th General Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly and its accompanying meetings in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The League discussed with the Iraqi delegation ways to develop the relationship with the Parliament and establish a permanent committee for Palestine in the Parliament, in addition to Iraq's participation in the upcoming League conference.

During the meeting, the Iraqi delegation extended an official invitation to the League to visit the Republic of Iraq for meetings with the Iraqi Parliament to discuss enhancing the relationship and coordinating efforts.

The delegation from Parliamentarians for al-Quds, present at the 14th General Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, consisted of the President of the League, as well as the Head of the Public Relations Department, Mr. Abdullah Al-Baltaji.

The delegation of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Iraqi Parliament was led by Deputy Jabbar Al-Kinani and included Deputies Haider Al-Salami and Fatima Al-Issawi.
