League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds (LP4Q) condemns US President Joe Biden's administration approval of the potential sale of $735 million in precision-guided weapons to Israeli occupation, in light of the ongoing aggression on the Palestinian territories, especially the Gaza Strip.

LP4Q affirms that this deal contradicts the declared international position that rejects escalation and undermines efforts aimed at protecting civilians and restoring calm to the region.

LP4Q stresses that the deal is an American green light for the Israeli occupation to continue its crimes against children and civilians in the Gaza Strip, the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem and the occupied territories in the year 48, and effective participation in the aggression and bloodshed against the Palestinian people.

LP4Q calls on members of the US Congress, world parliaments and governments to take urgent action to stop this deal and put pressure on the Israeli occupation to stop its continuing crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories.
