Israeli court imposes administrative detention on MP Abu Teir

Israel’s Ofer military court issued a six-month administrative detention order against the Jerusalemite MP Mohamed Abu Teir, 65.
Abu Teir spent 34 years behind Israeli bars in separate arrests.
He was banished from occupied Jerusalem to Ramallah shortly after he won a seat in the legislative elections in 2006.
