Palestinian ministers cabinet calls for greater solidarity with prisoners

The Council of Ministers saluted the heroic prisoners in the prisons of the Israeli occupation and its detentions, who draw in the battle of dignity and freedom the finest and noblest images of courage and sacrifice, and write the chapters of the freedom epic in defending justice and human freedom and dignity.
The Council expressed its condemnation of the silence of the international community and international human rights, health and humanitarian organizations, which did not rise to the level of threats to the lives of heroic prisoners who entered the battle of steadfastness and challenge in their second month.
The Prime Minister renewed his call to the international community and its influential forces, especially the United Nations, and human rights institutions to act immediately to save the lives of prisoners and to compel Israel to respond to their just demands for their minimum natural and human rights guaranteed by international conventions, international law.
He continued “The government of Israel bears the direct responsibility for the safety of our children in Israeli jails. This file must be closed and will not be closed except by the release of all the prisoners from the Israeli jails. Their freedom is an inalienable part of the freedom of the homeland and the people.”
