The occupation releases MP Samira Halayqa

The Israeli occupation authorities released yesterday PLC member Samira Halayka from Hebron at the Jalameh checkpoint.
The Military Court of Appeal in Ofer Prison, yesterday afternoon, responded to the military prosecution’s objection to the decision to release MP Samira Halaika on bail.
Muhammad Halayqa, the prisoner’s husband, stated that, according to the military court’s response, the bail was paid yesterday (20 thousand shekels) with a guarantor and a paper guarantee of the same amount.
He pointed out that both the trial judge and the appellate judge had both asserted that the indictment material was not dangerous and the MP was therefore released on bail.
