Mauritanian Parliamentarians Organize Sit-in in Solidarity with the People of Gaza, Rejecting the Aggression

A number of Mauritanian parliamentarians organized a sit-in in front of the parliament today, Friday, in solidarity with the residents of the Gaza Strip and in rejection of the renewed Zionist aggression against it.

During their sit-in today, the MPs called for immediate action to stop the aggression, put an end to the bloodshed, and halt the genocide targeting children, women, and the elderly.

The MPs held the United States of America responsible for the continuation of crimes in Gaza, calling on it to stop its support for the Zionist entity and to cease supplying it with weapons and funds.

Yesterday, Thursday, dozens of MPs in the Mauritanian parliament delivered a letter to the American embassy in Nouakchott, in which they held the United States fully responsible for this barbaric war waged by the Nazi army against innocent people in Palestine, especially in Gaza. They also held it fully responsible for the reactions of two billion Muslims whose feelings were not respected during their holiest month and at the holiest time, which is the time of suhoor.
