Pro-Israel African parliament speakers to show up at Israeli Knesset

Speakers of African parliaments are expected to arrive in Israel next week to take part in a Knesset conference.
Heads of African parliaments from Rwanda, Uganda, Benin, Ghana, Cameron, Tanzania, the Seychelles, and South Sudan, among other African states, will join the event, staged by the Israeli parliament—Knesset.
Knesset Speaker, Yuli-Yoel Edelstein, had extended the invitations in an attempt to push as many African leaders as possible to attend the conference.
Slated to be held on Tuesday, the conference will tackle a number of key issues including women empowerment, gender equality, and anti-terror bills.
Rwanda’s female parliament speaker Donatille Mukabalisa, along with the chair of the Knesset’s committee on the status of women and gender equality Aida Touma Sliman, will reportedly be in attendance.
