LP4Q participates in the scientific conference

The League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds participated today, Tuesday, in the events of the scientific conference "The Flood of Al-Aqsa and the Role of the Ummah" in Doha, which is held on the sidelines of the General Assembly meeting of the World Union of Muslim Scholars in its sixth session.

The conference will issue the "Doha Statement" for the sake of Gaza, and the League will participate in signing it, in addition to the World Union of Muslim Scholars, the World Forum of Islamic Parliamentarians, Justice and Development.

The league’s participating delegation included the President of the League, Hamid bin Abdullah Al-Ahmar, Director General of the League, Dr. Mohammad Makram Balawi, and the Head of Public Relations, Mr. Abdullah Al-Beltaji.

Earlier, a delegation from the League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds, headed by the President of the League, Hamid bin Abdullah Al-Ahmar, participated in the proceedings of the sixth session of the General Assembly of the World Union of Muslim Scholars in Doha, under the slogan "Preserving our Religion, Empowering our Nation, and Supporting our Holy Sites."

On the sidelines of the conference, the League delegation held a meeting with Her Excellency Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Deputy Chairperson of the Qatari Shura Council, in the capital, Doha.
