الاحتلال يفرج عن النائب سميرة الحلايقة

أفرجت سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، أمس الثلاثاء، عن النائب في المجلس التشريعي سميرة الحلايقة من مدينة الخليل على حاجز الجلمة.
وكانت محكمة الاستئناف العسكرية في سجن عوفر، قد ردت ظهر أمس اعتراض النيابة العسكرية على قرار الإفراج عن النائب سميرة حلايقة بكفالة مالية.
وأفاد محمد حلايقة زوج الأسيرة النائب بأنه وبناءً على رد المحكمة العسكرية؛ تم دفع الكفاله أمس بمقدار 20 ألف شيكل مع كفيل وكفالة ورقية بنفس المقدار.
وأشار إلى أن قاضي البدايه وقاضي الاستئناف أكدا على حد سواء بأن مواد لائحة الاتهام لا تشكل خطورة لذا تم الإفراج عنها بكفاله مالية.
